GUS SAGGU
Gus is an experienced business executive and entrepreneur and has a demonstrable record of delivering value and driving growth and transformation through performance improvement, financial efficiencies and M&A as a business owner, employee and as an investor.

Very commercially orientated, he has completed numerous complex transactions including M&A & Joint Ventures, value realisations via sales as well as large complex bids and tenders to both private and public sectors.

Gus’s investment focus is UK based companies, combining his big business discipline and financial knowledge with the agility of the SME sector, particularly Retail, Manufacturing & Engineering, Technology and B2B service industry sectors.
GORAN PREGELJ
Goran heads the European arm of MGG Capital Partners and is an active investor in small & medium-sized enterprises. His current focus is in telecommunications and media industry across the whole of CEE region.

Goran specialises in attracting investment and creating opportunities for SMEs to scale, providing clients with a full suite of services, from private equity expertise, transaction experience to corporate services as well as raising funds for special projects and supported new listings in UK & Europe.
FAISAL KHAN
Faisal is an entrepreneurial investor with an established track record in developing Sales and Marketing in local and International markets, having spent over 10 years successfully developing businesses abroad.

He is experienced in the Construction, Healthcare, Construction Services and E-Commerce sectors, both as an investor and a business owner.

Having started, acquired, scaled-up and sold businesses over the past two decades, Faisal has a deep knowledge of M&A and structuring acquisition deals.
